What we rewind
Electrical motors
We offer services to a wide spectrum of electric motors from single-phase, two-phase, three-phase, short-circuit rotor and winded rotor motors. The rewinding of these motors can be enameled copper wire, as well as the insulated copper bar. The range of motors starts from the lowest power at 0.10kW single-phase, three-phase and DC). Up to a considerably higher power at 1500kW three phase or DC.
Distribution Transformers
We offer rewinding and overhaul services both for single-phase and three-phase.
Single-phase transformers the usual sizes are 15 to 32 kVA, whereas for three-phase transformers the most frequent power is 50 to 5000kVA for voltages 6.6, 11, 22 and 33kV.
Alternators
We provide rewinding services mainly from three-phase alternators 400V for powers ranging from 7.5 to 1500kVA.
We also overhaul alternators from 7.5 to 5000kVA.
Welding Machines
Welding machines are basically transformers. Therefore, the procedures for rewinding and maintenance are identical to those of a transformer.
